How does the free trial work?

We’ve designed our free trial to let you explore Shift Worship before committing to an annual membership. If you’re new to Shift Worship and haven’t previously held a Media or Pro Membership—or used the free trial before—just click the green “Experience 30 Days Free” button in the top-right corner of the site.

You’ll be able to choose between a Media Membership, allowing you to download up to 50 files, or a Pro Membership, with up to 75 files, all within the 30-day trial period. At the end of this period, your selected membership will automatically activate, and the associated payment will be charged to your card. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends, and you won’t be billed—you can keep any media you’ve downloaded during the trial.

What presentation software does your content work with?

Shift Worship media files are compatible with nearly all presentation software, including ProPresenter, MediaShout, EasyWorship, LiveWorship, SongShow Plus, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and more.

Membership Questions

Are there restrictions to how many files I can download?

Nope! You have full access to media based on your membership level:

Media Membership: Unlimited access to Motions, Stills, Countdowns, Mini Movies, Social Graphics, and Sermon Titles.

Pro Membership: Get everything included in the Media membership as well as Editable Photoshop and After Effects files so you can customize Sermon Titles, Social Graphics and all Printable designs.

How do I enable my account for 1-click Dropbox Downloads?

To start, make sure you have a Dropbox account (it’s free at Dropbox.com). If you’re not already signed up, create an account there. Then, on our site, go to any Collection page and click the “Connect to Dropbox” button. This will take you to the Integrations area of your Account page. Click “Connect to Dropbox” again, and if you’re already signed into Dropbox in your browser, your accounts will connect automatically. (You only need to do this once.) Your Shift Worship Media folder will appear in the Apps folder within Dropbox.

After setup, go to any Collection page and select “Sync to Dropbox” on the right side of the page. The media from that Collection will quickly sync to your Dropbox, ready for use in your presentation software.

Note: Files will download in the versions specified in your Media Preferences (e.g., HD or SD). To adjust these preferences, visit your Account page and select “Media Preferences” on the left.

Can I continue to post or stream Shift Worship content downloaded during my active Media or Pro Membership after my membership ends?

No, an active Media or Pro Membership is required to legally stream or post Shift Worship content online. While we don’t require the removal of previously posted content, we ask that those without an active membership refrain from streaming or posting additional Shift Worship content.

How Does Membership Auto-Renewal Work?

Both Media and Pro Memberships are set to auto-renew. This means that as long as the credit card on file in your payment profile is current and valid, your account will automatically be charged for the Membership price each year on your renewal date. This ensures uninterrupted access to all Membership features.

We strive to make the renewal process transparent. A few days before renewal, we send reminder emails to the address on file, giving you time to update payment information or adjust your Membership status before the charge is processed.

If I cancel my membership after one year or more, can I keep what I’ve downloaded? row

Yes, any content you’ve downloaded during your active membership remains licensed for use within the church for which it was originally purchased.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing details anytime from your Billing page.

On this page, you can:

Update your billing address and payment information

View your current plan details

Keep your account information up to date for future renewals

Just click Update billing information to make changes.

Where can I view my previous purchases or invoices?

Your Order history is located on the Billing page.

Here you can:

View past orders and dates

Reference order numbers for records or support

This is helpful if you need receipts for accounting, reimbursement, or church records.

Media Questions

What are your resolution sizes?

Most of our files follow these standard resolutions:

4k: 3840 x 2160 pixels

HD: 1920 x 1080 pixels

SD: 1440 x 1080 pixels

HD Triple Wide: 3840 x 720 pixels

SD Triple Wide: 2880 x 720 pixels

Over time, resolution standards have evolved, so some of our older files may vary in size. Additionally, a few of our creators offer files in alternate sizes, though we aim to maintain the resolutions listed above whenever possible.

What are Triple Wides? What is environmental projection?

Many of our media files are available in Triple Wide format, designed to be projected across three screen sections, either aligned together or separated. This format is commonly used with Environmental Projection, which transforms spaces by projecting visuals onto multiple surfaces.

To learn more about Environmental Projection and see some cool examples, visit VisualWorshiper.com.

What are Photoshop and After Effects files and how do I use them?

**Only Pro Memberships have access to Photoshop and After Effects files

Photoshop and After Effects are Adobe software programs primarily used to create, edit, and customize visual media. The Photoshop and After Effects files included in our Pro Membership Collections allow you to personalize text on both still and motion images within each Collection.

What are transparent text layers and how do I use them?

**Only Pro Memberships have access to Photoshop and After Effects files

Transparent text layers are PNG files featuring text or images (e.g., “Welcome,” “Offering”) that coordinate with a specific Collection. You can use these layers in the provided Photoshop file or import them into presentation software to easily add matching text to customize any type of media.

What is the purpose of the Editable Hi-Res Print PSDs and what sizes do they come in?

**Only Pro Memberships have access to Photoshop and After Effects files

Our high-resolution Print PSDs are designed specifically for creating printed materials, such as postcards or bulletins, and differ from the standard Photoshop files used for customizing text on projection slides. These PSDs are optimized for print quality, offering clear, sharp visuals for various printed formats.

Available print sizes include:

    •    8.5” x 11”

    •    6” x 4”

    •    8.5” x 5.5”

    •    5.5” x 5.5”

What is the Streaming / Web License and what does it cover?

The Streaming and Web License grants you full legal rights to incorporate our media in your streamed services, as well as share it on websites and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and others. Without this license, which is included with both Media and Pro Memberships, displaying our content through streaming, web, or social media channels would violate our copyright. With the license, however, you are fully compliant with copyright regulations and can freely use our media across these platforms.

**Special Note on Mini Movies: This license does not permit uploading mini movies directly to websites or social media. However, you may embed or share mini movies from our YouTube channel. As a Media or Pro Member, you’re also licensed to include mini movies in streamed worship services under certain conditions.

What Is a Site License, and How Does Licensing and Ownership of Shift Content Work After Downloading?

Your church or organization is licensed to use all content downloaded from Shift Worship. However, this license comes with certain limitations. The site license included with each Membership level permits you to share the media freely within your church’s various ministries (e.g., main service, youth, children’s ministry), but it does not allow sharing the media with other churches or organizations outside your church community.

What if I move or change churches after I’ve downloaded Shift Worship media to my computer? Can I still use that media at my new location?

Our media is licensed similarly to most software companies, with a single-organization license tied to your Membership. This means that media downloaded for use at “First Baptist Church” should not be used if you move to “Second Baptist Church.” We aim to keep membership costs affordable so that each church can sign up at the level that best fits their needs.

If you have specific questions about Shift Worship media licensing, please contact us at info@shiftworship.com.

How to Upload Fonts into the Quick Editor

If you want to customize your designs further, you can upload your fonts to use in Quick Editor!

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Download the Font File: First, download the font you want to use. You can find great options on Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts. Save the font file (.ttf or .otf) on your computer.

Open Quick Editor: Once you’re ready, open the Quick Editor on Shift Worship and select an image you’d like to edit.

Choose the Text Option: In the Quick Editor, go to the text settings. You’ll see an option to Choose File.

Upload Your Font: Click Choose File, locate the font file you downloaded, and upload it.

That’s it! Your custom font is now ready to use. Enjoy creating with your unique style!

What are Media Preferences?

Media preferences save your default download settings so you don’t have to choose them every time.

They let you select things like:

Still image resolution (SD, HD, or 4K)

Still and motion widths (like Standard or Triple Wide)

Motion resolution

Video format (MP4, MOV, etc.)

Once set, these preferences are automatically applied when you download content—helping you get the right format faster, every time. You can update your media preferences anytime in your account.

What are Dropbox preferences?

Dropbox preferences let you choose which types of files are sent to Dropbox when you sync a collection.

Instead of downloading everything, you can select only what you need—such as:

Motions or stills

Mini movies or countdowns

Social media graphics

Editable files (Photoshop, After Effects, sermon titles, print files)

When you sync a collection to Dropbox, only the selected items will be included. You can update your Dropbox preferences anytime, and changes will apply to future Dropbox syncs.
